

I spent today with family and great friends, it was a blast and I behaved myself as well!!!
I wanted to share some of my current
pictures, as mentioned below, I started my blog a bit further ahead than the last time, I am currently stalled at 198/99 pounds, I bounce between the two numbers and seem stalled. I have decided I really need to add some serious activity into my routine to boost my weight loss, and that is my focus for the next bit....
I have several goals for the next few months, we'll see how I manage... Here is the short list:
1) Increase my activity level
2) Up my milk products, one of my weak areas
3) Up my fruit and veggies, another weak area
4) Balance my diet better overall, I am keeping the calories down, but not a good balance
5) Track better, I KNOW I should be, so just grab a pen and do it!!!
6) Hardest of all----- Reduce my Carbs *sigh* I am a carb addict... LOL
So.... I figure on taking on activity and tracking first and then re-evaluate after a few weeks..
