

Ok..... It has been a while since my first failed blog/ weight loss attempt!! LOL
This time I am a bit further along before I decided to share, I started at an all time high of 242 pounds.... sigh
These Pics are actually at about 10 lbs less than that, but they give you a good indication of my starting point....
I am so sad that I allowed myself to get to this shape, and vow that once I get this weight off, I WILL keep it off!!!!
I have the desire, the support, now I just need to keep on track and have the Willpower!!!

I just wanted to say GOOD LUCK in your efforts! Can you fit in 15 minutes of exercise during your lunch hour?

Do you like tea? Maybe you could get a variety of flavored teas to drink over ice to help wean you off the diet sodas.
Take fruits to work with you for snacks.

ReplyDeleteWe have work through lunches, so that would not work. Funny you are the second person to mention frozen grapes, will have to try that for sure!
I am pretty sure I am going to just force myself to at least get a half hour on the treadmill when I get home!!!
I am already on the fruit and veggie at work, this week I have been making sure to bring baby carrots, celery and an apple or banana, the banana is more filling, but I hear you have to watch them.
